Porsche cracks down on collectors and flippers

Porsche wants the profit-turners of its GT range machines to stop buying to sell, but buy to drive.

As is reported on Car Magazine, if you're a Porsche buyer of the exclusive GT range, and collecting their sports cars to ultimately and only sell them for a profit, Porsche has a message for you:

“We are monitoring very closely who is flipping cars. We do not build too many cars and we know most of our customers well – we like to have a name for every car before we build it. [So] if you’re flipping cars, then I think it’s understandable that you won’t get on the list for the next car if we have more demand than supply. It’s not a punishment but a strategy: to supply the cars to the customers who will really use them. I think that’s just fair.”

Sounds fair to me!

Don't wanna drive it? Well, then you might not be able to buy it. Watch out son!
