Hilux Invincible 50 only for sale in the UK. Tsek!

Jip, South Africa has been let down. Dishonoured! And after everything we've done for you, Toyota.

For the second time in GT memory, Arctic Trucks has done something special to an icon that we can't have.  Jip, first they gave us an Isuzu KB designed for the Arctic, which we were certain could gooi the Kalahari too by the way, but then went ahead and only built ten of them!

Not cool.

Now, they've teamed up with Toyota to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Toyota Hilux and how's this: They've only built 50 of the Hilux 'Invincible 50' and tuned neva Mzansi - you can't have a single one because they're only putting them on sale in the UK!

Have you ever? The disrespect! Tsek man.

Alas, if you want one like it then, you'll have to do a bit of work.

Like throw on a Bilstein suspension kit and fat tyres, and then do a whole bunch of other things that we're too annoyed to mention. Like put on fancy-pants LEDs bright enough to be seen from Zeerust, and an old school Toyota tailgate sticker for gees.

Oh, and don't worry about an engine upgrade by the way, because underneath it's all the same ol' reliable stuff: Jip, the same old Free State-ready 110 kW 2.4-litre turbodiesel engine.

Oh - and then there's that colour. It's called Satin Black if you're interested, but you probably won't be.

Nope. You'll probably get in khaki!
